These Terms govern your use of ProviderHub.cloud. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Description
ProviderHub.cloud is a Google Drive permissions manager for healthcare credentialing. It manages permissions only. It does not download, store, copy, or redistribute files.
2. User Roles
Providers share credentialing folders for free. No payment required.
Organizations (hospitals, health systems) access shared folders with a paid subscription.
3. Account Requirements
Authenticate via Google. Provide accurate role information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not: share files other than credentialing documents, share folders containing patient PHI, access unauthorized data, use automated scraping, circumvent access controls, or use the platform for illegal purposes.
5. Provider Responsibilities
You retain full ownership of your files. You choose what to share with each organization. You can revoke access at any time. The platform provides misconfiguration warnings, but sharing decisions are yours.
6. Organization Responsibilities
Access only folders shared with your organization. Do not redistribute accessed files without provider authorization. Maintain NCQA compliance independently.
7. Subscriptions
Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial periods. Tier limits on seats and provider connections. Price changes with 30 days notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. GOOGLE DRIVE PERMISSION BEHAVIOR IS CONTROLLED BY GOOGLE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $500, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Google Drive permissions previously granted remain until manually revoked.
11. Governing Law
Laws of the State of Texas. Disputes resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
